A restorative upper body treatment specifically designed to release deep-seated tension in the chest, shoulders, and back through the power of synchronized movement. This service focuses on the décolleté and torso, utilizing a rhythmic blend of soothing strokes and precise pressure to open the airways and restore emotional and physical equilibrium.

Benefits:

•     Deep Respiratory Relief
•  Targeted Tension Release
•  Nervous System Calming
• Enhanced Lymphatic flow
• Holistic Balance

Experience:

Immerse yourself in a transformational journey where touch and breath become one. The experience begins with guided deep breathing, setting a rhythmic pace for the treatment. As you exhale, your therapist applies expert compressions and thumb rotations to the anterior décolleté and chest, physically pressing away stress. The treatment then transitions to the posterior, where flowing effleurage and targeted work on the upper back melt away remaining fatigue. You will leave feeling expansive, light, and perfectly in tune with your own rhythm.
